Term 2 Week 2.

Tuesday:Ms Malyanah let us see lot of Macbeth video because she want us to take those video as a reference to our acting on Macbeth next week.There also students from other school that act on the 3 witches on Macbeth story and there also animation on Macbeth story.
From this lesson i had learnt many acting skill on how to act like the 3 witches in Macbeth story.For example is about the way they talk and the way they walk.

Thursday:Ms Malyanah return us all our paper that we done in class and our homework back and ask us to file them according to the first to the last nicely.

This lesson i learnt all my mistake that i did last time and will not repeat it again.

Term 2 Week 1.

Tuesday:Ms Malyanah taught us about the element of walking starting from the speed of 1 to 5.It mean from the slower speed to the faster speed when the number increase.The speed number 3 mean we must walk at our normal walking speed.
Ms Malyanah also taught us the weight we can perform out when acting something heavy or light.Heavy weight is like a gangster stepping hard on the ground that want to show us that he is fierce.For the light weight is like a small kid being happy when he get a lollipop and were hopping happily home.
From this lesson,i had learnt how to use different walking speed on different part of the acting scene.

Thursday:Ms Malyanah asked the class for 10 people to volunteer themself to act on a burgular that want to climb in the house and steal something.Second part was that Ms Malyanah called another 10 people to come out and act as a angry parent whose child was caught smoking in school.
The last part is when Ms Malyanah asked anyone of them to come out and act on anyone they like to act and add on many other pupil to this acting while other were acting on the act.
From this lesson,i had learnt to act on many character such as burgular and angry parent.I can use this acting on my Macbeth story by using the fierce look when acting on the 3 witches.

Week 10.

Wednesday:Ms Malyanah gave the class one worksheet about what qualities must our future partner have and we must walk around the classroom and ask ten people,five boys and five girls and only have ten minutes to complete it.Other part of the worksheet is to find out what is love according to the greeks.There are three level of love.First one is Eros.It mean passionate love or longing.Second one is Philia.It mean brotherhood and friendship in volves loyalty to friends,family and community.Third is Agape.It mean a divine,unconditional and self-sacrificing affection.The highest and purest form of love.Ms Malyanah told us to complete the other part of the worksheet at home and hand up on friday.

Friday:never go school because i was sick.

week 9.

Wednesday:Ms Malyanah gave us a worksheet title ShakeSpearean Sonnets(part 2) to do.This holy shrine (Juliet),the gentle sin (kiss) is this.
My lips,two blusing pilgrims( his lips),ready stand.
To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.

Good pilgrim,you do wrong your hand too much,
which mannerly devotion shows in this.
For saints have hands that pilgrims'hands do touch.
And palm to palm is holy palmer's kiss(to show devotion and love using their palms,just like how the pilgrims show devotion and love to their religion).

Have not saints lips,and holy palmers too?

Ay,pilgrim,lips that they must use in prayer.

Oh then,dear saint,let lips do what hands do(Romeo is praying for Juliet to kiss him).
They pray,grant thou,lest faith turn to despair(he prayed and less chances of faith turn to despair).

Saints do not move,though grant for prayers sake(Juliet would not move,but would allow Romeo to kiss her).

Then move not,while my prayers'effect(kiss) i take.
Thus from my lips,by thine,my sin is purge (my sin is clean and my sin is purified).

Then have my lips the sin they have took.

Sin from my lips?O trespass sweetly urged(Juliet is encouraging his sin).
Give me my sin again(the sin is kiss).

This lesson taugh me how to say all these romantic lines and when how loving the 2 couple when they are dancing.


Wednesday(make up lesson):Mr chua gave us 2 worksheets about the character trait for 4 character in Merchant of Venice and other worksheet is about what question will be tested out during the exam.
This lesson i learn more about all the character trait in Merchant of Venice.


Friday:we went outside of the classroom and Ms Malyanah told us to sit in pair of 2 with different gender(girl and boy).We need to test each other about the question that we think it will most likely to come out in the exam in pair.
This lesson taugh me many question that will most likely to be come out and how a teacher will set the question.
